We just sent you a response to your support request. I'll copy the relevant part here to the forum for anyone else was having the same issue and didn't reach out to us.
The issue was resolved just over 2 hours ago. This was due to a bad code rollout last night. We have multiple servers and one of them did not update correctly. I had personally double checked to verify that it was correct but I must have missed something. What this means is that half of all visitors during that time would have seen the blank page that you were describing.
