Hello Etsians,
I'm PattyV, owner of EmbelishMePattyV's steering wheel covers for women. I'm a cat lover and our Little Kitty rules the roost. In addition to the steering wheel covers, I just launched a new interactive cat toy "The Original Kitty Stretch 9". It all started with LIttle Kitty playing with the braided elastic that I use in my steering wheel covers. After making lots of samples with a ton of revisions, listening to customers feedback the Kitty Stretch was created. For every Kitty Stretch sold I will donate $4.00 to our local Las Vegas Valley Humane Society. I'm happy to be part of this group and to hear from other kitty owners. Cats do Rule!

Hi Everyone, very nice to meet all of you, I'm married to a wonderful guy, have two sons, eldest son helps me with my youngest, who is autistic and enjoys helping me run my shop. I'm pretty new to etsy, and still learning, all I ask is to have patience lol I can do treasuries, but still learning how to get everything on pinecrest and twitter. I'm getting there, again nice meeting you, and allowing me to join your team.

Hello everyone! First off, let me say that I LOVE CATS! I have two boys (Frankling and Kimmie), and they are my children. It's great to be in the company of other awesome cat loving people!

My shop is 100% non-profit with all proceeds being donated towards helping homeless pets via www.animalfriendswv.org. I volunteered for this charity when I was in college, and know how dedicated and loving all of their volunteers are. I know all donations put towards this will be greatly appreciated and very very worth while.

If you could pass a link to my store on to anywhere like Facebook, Twitter, Etc., it would be greatly appreciated! I'm still getting items in my store currently, so I'll have a lot more up soon! :)

Hello, new member out of Concord, MA! We just exhibited at the Pet Expo last weekend and met some amazing cat rescue organizations. We met Freida The Throwaway Kitty and her extremely compassionate rescuers - Forgotten Felines of Maine. Freida even got a new house from us - TailWag Woodshop!
MSPCA, Melrose Humane Society, and so many more great organizations are out there finding homes for orphaned cats.

I am heading back home, and am very excited I will be seeing my five cats who I have not seen in 14 months (by the time I get home). Oh, yeah, my husband, too, but really--my five cats! :)

I'm very happy to have found your team, and proud to be a part of it!

I am known for making bunnies, but i am actually the greatest cat lover in the universe .....until now, I just didnt make any cats yet because I could not get the design right, of course I would never settle for some easy kitty shape, but I wanted to capture the cuteness of a young kitten...in felt ! Yesterday I have finally succeeded, and i am so proud and I'm sure I will be making lots of kitties...I hope you will like them too!
Now I am off to have a look around in the team and meet you guys, and your cats!
I have 2 deeply loved REAL cats at the moment : Koosje and Shuki ( they are brothers and turned 9 last week :)

Thanks for the invite! I am KRae from Ratz4Katz and I love pussycats. I have had them all my life and the maximum number of kitties ever at one time was 26. Now we have a manageable 5, two tuxedoes, two long-haired and a short-haired calico. All are rescues from somewhere or other. Two from a farm, one from the SPCA and two just walked in from the back yard last fall.

I have a shop for cat toys and accessories, so do stop by and check them out. I have been making RATZ, officially since 1999, but only started to get really serious this past year, moving from hobby to market. Just starting to stock the store so there are just a handful of items, but more will be coming soon. Thanks!!!

I have 84 rescues.

It started with a few, then more, then a mother and her kittens.

I was at 19.

There was a barn a mile or two from my home, we had fed strays there for over a decade. The person that owned the land across the road put a mobile home there for rent. A worthless, alcoholic, sack of crap and his son rented it. They set about killing, trapping and dumping cats out elsewhere, being a menace to creatures that were no threat.

We begged for help, and were ignored. I found a kitten one day that was dead at the barn, it had a shoe print on it. It was either put this guy to rest, or rescue the cats myself since no one else cared. I took in 19 kittens, many more adults(some pregnant), rescued 7 from the shelter that were on death row, and built a huge pen (with a building on one end, even has electricity for heat and fans).

It has been so hard feeding and caring (financially) for these babies. My job at O'Reilly Auto earns me a whopping $700 a month. My schedule is so random that I cannot get a second job.

I joined Etsy hoping to earn a little money for cat food. I go through 75 lbs of dry per week.

Hi team!
I'm new to Etsy and happy to have found a team of fellow cat lovers. I am/was a small animal veterinarian. I've been staying home for a few years with my kids and started an Etsy shop at the end of September. After never having cats growing up due to my mom's allergies, I adopted a 1 1/2 year old, Chloe, while apart from my husband and dogs doing an internship. Soon after, George found me. Never vaccinated, not neutered, and with two broken back legs, his family was unable to care for him. So I got him fixed up and he was a complete love. We lost him on November 2nd very suddenly due to a saddle thrombus (you can tell, I'm still having a hard time with it:). My kids came after our 2 dogs and 2 cats and Georgie became my daughter's best friend. We had lost Chloe just 4 years earlier and a dog 3 years ago. So, no cats currently, but my daughter and I are still holding out hope to get one again. Two days ago we adopted a puppy who is adorable and keeping us busy with our almost 13 year old dog.

I have had so much fun reading through your stories. What a great bunch of folks! I have check out many of the wonderful things you all make and will try to take the time to help promote your stuff. This is all new to me, but I will keep at it and try to improve! I'm certainly hoping to help out my team mates!!

I make cat prints for home decor. We are based in Montreal but ship out of the States also as we have a friend who crosses the border once a week (He is another cat lover....cats & books!). I run a bookstore in Montreal and have started making interesting posters to sell on Etsy. IF you have any ideas for cat posters that you would love...let me know!! If we end up using the idea we will definitely send you a few posters for free!!

Hi everyone

I'm new here and just found out that there are teams on etsy.
My name is Danie and I own two and half cat. Why a half? Well my eldest cat - Tani- still lives at my parents. She was too old when I moved out and I would have broken the hearts of my parents if I had taken her with me.
After a year without a cat I got Solo and then - after two more years- Solo got a playmate: Han.
These two are my inspiration. Especially Han who is also a black cat and a little devil while Solo is just bussy at being a diva.
