Like Kerry, I have the info pretty much everywhere, once I did that, it did cut down on the 'where is my item?'... I do get the occasional one but I just cut & paste the info and remind them (nicely) that it's coming from a different country.
I just added the shipping upgrades, I've been a little hesitant since canada post likes to give them unrealistic shipping times (they dont mention that its not guaranteed to get through Customs faster) so we'll see how this goes for the holiday season.
