Package Preferences - Preset Box Selections

I am just getting started . . . trying out the Calculated Shipping and hoping to include international shipping as well. I was going to add all of the Priority Mail Boxes that I have but if you have two different sizes (and therefore different proportions) it only lets you select one. . . Example: there are two different flat rate Medium box sizes, etc. Is there a reason? Different things will fit different proportioned boxes . . . therefore the different sizes.

I was hoping I did not have to create custom listings for the boxes since they are already set up as selections.

Trina, we did discover this and report it to one of the team leaders yesterday. They said they would work on it - but you are correct, you can't enter both sizes of a particular box.

They are there to click on and yet, you can't do it. Hopefully they will fix it.

I just tried it today and Etsy seems to have fixed this problem. You can now select both options in Preferences for the Flat Rate boxes that come in two sizes.
