Incorrect Calculated Price

I received an order to be sent Express Priority Mail. The customer paid $21.66 for shipping, but when I clicked to create the label it charged me more. I could not manipulate dimensions/weight to create the lower price. ETSY calculated shipping charged the customer about $8 less than it should have.

Based on the price it seems it was Express flat rate and you have a $1 handling/packing fee and it was not regular Express?

A flat rate Express envelope is $20.66 On etsy's shipping label page.
And your buyer paid $21.66.....$20.66 PLUS a $1 handling/packing fee.

It should show which type of Express on the sold item info, in the yellow highlighted bar.

If you click on Express then select Flat rate envelope under package types you'll see the $20.66 price.

If you select package/thick envelope it would be closer to $28 if a 1 to 2 lb package weight.
