Calculated or Upgrade Chosen by Buyer

I have an order of four identical items that I would expect to ship First Class, but the order shows the shipping as Priority. I can't tell if the buyer chose an upgrade, or Etsy calculated it as needing Priority, when it didn't. I compared the order to another where I know the buyer chose an upgrade, but the receipts look the same. Is there any way to know?

Mark if the weight for the 4 items is over 16 oz, the buyer would only see Priority.

Also be sure you have a first class & Priority profile BOTH on the items.

If you go to your sold order page for that order it will show exactly what weight the order was calculated on PLUS what box size and shipping method.
All this info is in a yellow highlighted box.

Thanks. I just found the trouble and fixed it. I had the weight entered too high, so it added up to over 16 oz.
