Basics of Custom Decorations and Favors is simply to create an arena for buyers to connect with sellers of Etsy who are focusing on Custom Decorations and Favors.
Since we are a growing team, I would like us to have team leaders added to our team.

What would team leaders do?
- proactively create and manage discussions, engage team members.
- interact with other teams for cross promotion
- Treasuries. Someone who likes to create treasuries, treasury games and help promote our team members shops.
-bring useful articles from forums to our team to help members grow their business.
We can have separate leaders for separate purposes. So don't worry if you only like treasuries and don't care much about the other stuff.
I think having several leaders now, will only help this team grow better.
