Pick a good name, use good keywords, pick topics that interest you. You said you have been looking at other things, which is good. For blog ideas I goggle 'blog ideas' and then save drafts of them as titles. I then write blogs when I can, and plan it out for times ahead. Make sure you can write at least once a week, even more.
