Adding this here too, I added this to blogging basics.

Here is a freebie photo program where you can make story board collages for your blog and your store. The combine feature is the collage tool. Its a great photo editing program all around.

Mike is a cool dude. He just started a YouTube channel for his blog and added a video tutorial for how to print return shipping labels directly from Etsy if your customer needs to return an item. He's testing out whether people would like Etsy tutorials so check the video out and leave a like if you find it useful.
