critique

Hello, I'm new to Etsy and would like you to critique my shop,so I can learn and make changes.I'm sometimes not very good with words, so go ahead.....

Can't do a full critique at the moment - I'm at work and having to do Work Stuff shortly instead of Etsy Stuff - but there's something I noticed on your shipping info that badly needs correcting.

Your policies state that you don't ship internationally - BUT your shipping info on the listings has 'everywhere else' as a shipping band (in fact, the only shipping band). This gives the impression to buyers that you ship worldwide, and they aren't going to find out differently unless they read your policies, which you can't rely upon people doing.

Your shipping listings need to be changed to 'US' and it would probably be a good idea to include a paragraph in each listing stating the shipping restrictions too (i.e. no international, Alaska or Hawaii). I've found that you can't state these sort of things in too many places. Better to overstate the information than risk annoying customers and making false sales because they thought they could purchase when they couldn't!

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but this was sort of my thread and it is not polite to shout with exclamation signs at fellow crafters.
