Need help on getting noticed

My friend and I opened an Etsy shop selling the jewelry we make. We are not having luck with getting noticed and have sold nothing. We have read the articles and watched the videos but still no luck. We have worked on our photos, and our tags. How do we get higher in the search engine list? If anyone would be willing to check out our shop and give any feedback we would appreciate it.

I'm pretty new at this too. I just checked out your shop and you have beautiful pieces. One thing that I noticed was that a lot of you titles are very short. Someone told me to make mine as long and detailed as possible to fill up the url. The other thing I noticed is that you don't have anyone wearing your items. That might help give the feel of the piece of jewelry.
I know that wasn't a lot of input but I hope it helps a little. Good Luck.

Hi, love your items too. I'm new here as well, but from what I've studied so far, I can tell that, some of your items need reshooting, like this one

It's dark and background isn't plain enough to highlight the item.

Apart from that, you have to be active at the teams. You posted here, this is one step, but participate in some teams, make treasuries, make friends, be active as much as possible.

If I had done half of what I've just said, I would get some view too :))

You may want to start with your avatar, I don't take shops seriously if they don't have something there. Look at your policy page, it has some typos.

You can tell that some of your photos need work, they will probably always need work.

As for SEO, I am no expert, and not that good at following this advice, but your titles aren't that great. It is said that you should put what it is first. So, for this one

That advice would be "Necklace Swarovski Crystal Heart" However, I think the way you have it makes sense. But, I for one wouldn't search for that. I think to put keywords first is a good idea, so maybe start with 'heart' or 'love' or 'mothers day' or something like that. I enjoy naming my things odd names, and it comes up in my keywords way more than necklace ever does.

Thanks for all the advice. We know we need an avatar we just haven't been able to figure out yet what to use. We appreciate all the suggestions and will definetely use them. I know we need to be active in the community, we are trying to figure how to best do that.

For the avatar, just get something there for now. Even just one of your items. I agree, I don't take shops seriously if they don't have an avatar and you can always change it. Also check out the blogs in the Etsy Seller Handbook section. Read a few articles a day and you'll be on your way! (I swear I didn't mean for that to rhyme)

On a quick glance you need to write your shop title/header for SEO ie it needs to say what you sell and shouldn't include your shop name. Also write your shop announcement for SEO ie the first line should say what you sell.

Also as has already been mentioned, read the Seller Handbook as it is full of incredibly useful information.
