Help with SEO Please?

Hey everyone, I'm Sophie from GingerKnitz. I specialize in hand knit and crocheted hats, scarves and accessories. I opened my shop originally in 2010 and reopened in November of 2011.
I am having a lot of trouble getting traffic and sales. I thought I was getting a decent amount of traffic, but it dropped significantly in December. Any suggestions or advice on how I can change my titles, tags, etc to boost my traffic would be very much appreciated.

Maybe it's just the amount of competition in your area? I have the same issue and am planning to run some ads outside of Etsy once I've built up my stock. I was thinking magazines and Facebook.
