I had a customer, and the Etsy shipping generated 8 labels on my end and overcharged the customer badly. I refunded the difference right away, and had to get the label elsewhere, because the shipping for Etsy was not working. It has been 6 days and I have not received a reply to any of my messages to them via help. Not one reply or phone call. Tonight, I see the same issue, generating several labels, instead of 1 priority label it is popping up as 4 first class labels. Clearly there is an issue, and I am unable to get any assistance about it. I am sure it is a great deterrent for customers, because it charges them the wrong shipping price.
