Hi there, I'm Violet and am new to the team. I have two shops on Etsy (JournalArtPaperie and VioletGrantSoapery).
One shop has been on for a while and the more recent (two weeks) has had 11 sales with only one feedback given. I'm certain that the purchases were liked but feel a little miffed that the feedback hasn't yet been uploaded. What would you do?
