In need of help please !!

Hi everyone, 

I sent a package off to a buyer, but I lost the tracking number and therefore couldn’t insert it in the box where you’re supposed to add the tracking. I did keep in contact with the buyer to make sure it was received, which it was. 
However now I can’t figure out how to get rid of the days it counts as being late. Any advice would be great as I’m new to Etsy. Thanks.
