How to cnacel an order

Hi Angela,
A customer placed an order. Then she emailed me to cancel it. I've never had this happen before. How do I cancel the order?

Hi Audrey,

Go to your order. Click on view receipt. ( just below the items price you will see manage order.) Click on that. Then choose to cancel the order. Make sure you relist the item before you cancel it completely. You will be refunded for your etsy fees.

Thanks Angela! You are a life saver. The woman bought rehearsal dinner invitations for her wedding. When she talked to the groom to be, he said they weren't having a dinner!
Never had a cancel request before. Lost a sale, but learned something new.
When you say relist the item, do you mean renew it before canceling? That's what I did, but not sure if it was correct.
