HOW DO I ACCESS NY STATE SALES FOR 2019 IN SALES??

Hi there, once again time to do taxes I am unable to access sales for NY only for my sales tax that will be coming due March 20th I have done it before but this time all I get is a run around I’ve tried putting in search for Ny 2019 I get nothing just Ny sales from way back Csv files id have to look at every sale

any suggestions
