Money for portraits will be held in paypal until you have received and are happy with your portrait or custom painting. You will have 5 days from time of payment to change your mind and receive a refund. Once your painting is shipped you will have 7 days to ship the painting back for a refund if you are not happy.
Normally I don't charge in advance for portraits, I have to make this exception with the coupon code, but I want you to be confident that I will guarantee my work. All custom oil paintings will be shipped off the stretcher bars, rolled in a mailing tube. Anything over $20 will be sent with tracking and insurance. I will use whatever shipping method that will get your package to you before the holidays.
