We’re excited to let you know that we’re working on a new feature that could help give shoppers more confidence when deciding to make a purchase: buyer video reviews!
Video reviews from buyers are another great way for shoppers to get an up-close look at your items and could help other potential customers purchase from your shop.
Since we’re still fine-tuning this feature, video reviews will only be visible to you for the time being, until we launch them to all buyers. We’ll be sure to let you know when that happens. If a buyer has left you a video review, you can see it by visiting the Review section of your Shop Manager from a desktop computer.
