Ragdolls...So Many

Good morning Doll Lovers,
I am fairly new to Etsy and working on SEO, I have used Etsy Rank, and have an A rating for each doll, and feel I am doing what I need to do yet when I search for my dolls under Rag Doll I don't even show up in the first 500. What are other sellers doing to show up on page one each and ever time and what else can I do to move up a bit. Thanks

I have tried Etsyrank, too, but it seemed like it had some errors. It keeps saying there are misspellings, and there aren't. Also, it says I have no Instagram account, but I do, and it's listed in my announcement along with the other social media. Have you tried paid promotions?

Hi Peggy, Thanks for the answer. No I have not tried the paid promotions yet. I have just been trying to understand the SEO a bit.
