I have confirmation that an order was delivered by usps and where it was put. The woman supposedly keeps fighting with ups, and calling me a scammed saying that I never sent her the order. I call bs and I think she is the one scamming. I sent a screenshot of the delivery notice. Will Etsy make me refund her?
