Increase Views and Hopefully Sales with Twitter Automation!

Twitter is not about how many followers you have, but being found in keyword and relevant hash tag searches for what you promote. You need to do this daily 24/7 if you want the benefit of being noticed across many international time zones.

The best way to do this without annoying uninterested followers is to have a Twitter account with hardly any followers, and to loop hundreds of hash tagged messages daily. Twitter best practice, advises no more than 1000 messages a day, so there is plenty of scope to send out loads of Tweets daily. So the first step is to create a new Twitter Account, following a minimal amount of people.

I have found two pieces of software when used together with this new Twitter Account that can drive 100’s if not 1,000’s of visitors to your site every day.

Tweet Eye is the first.

The potential of sharing photos of your product on Twitter with such a large network of people searching for what you sell is huge, however Tweets appear at the top of Twitter searches for only a brief moment in time and are quickly replaced by others.

People on average only use Social Media 37 minutes a day. People login at different times of day and night from different time zones. Tweets are gone in a Blink. Frequently scheduling your photo tweets gives you more opportunity to be seen.

I discovered an application called Tweet Eye http://tweet-eye.com/Tweet_My_Website.htm which is free and works great!

The second piece of software is Tweet Adder. Tweet Adder is the perfect tool (it costs $55 to associate one twitter account to your tweets), but you do need to set up your own Tweets or you can pay $5.00 to have them created for you (see below).

There is a free trial for 7 days or 250 tweets, if you want to test it first.

The Twitter algorithms do not allow for duplicate Tweets, so any Tweets that you create and import into Tweet Adder must all be unique for Twitter to allow them to be Tweeted out and to give your business the maximum exposure. Which is why I would recommend that you purchase this gig on Fiverr to get the most benefit out of the software:

You can loop those 1,000 tweets, if you limit your tweets in Tweet Adder to 300 per day (which is plenty with the photos tweets which are also running in Tweet Eye. Then you will have 3+ days of unique tweets before it loops back to the beginning.

The next step is to synchronize your tweets with Facebook pages, by using the #fb on the end of your Tweets (not all of them, random ones, lets not over do it, then visit

https://apps.facebook.com/selectivetwitter

and setup your account. Any time you tweet using #fb, it will automatically post to your Facebook page.

Once you have that setup, you can then create an rss feed for your facebook using http://fbrss.com/. Once you have the rss feed you can go to https://app.dlvr.it/ and add the new Facebook RSS and link it to the following social media accounts (you can use one or all):

So you can easily manage all of your social media accounts and automate posting so you can get back to creating/picking your new item!

Still not working :(( I'm signed in to Twitter and it's open in a window, I've opened Tweet Eye, and every time I click on Add nothing happens apart from a new blank line getting added to the list of users. I'm on Chrome as my IE stopped working ages ago, wondering if that's got anything to do with it...

I would love to hear from someone else if they are able to search pictures from Etsy under "tweet pictures" "search"? I can tweet pictures from a lot of other websites, but suddenly not Etsy. And I AM remembering to drop the "s" and only include the address before the "?". So confused am I!

Is there maybe a limit somewhere that I am not aware of? Our provider has slowed our connection; am I timing out before the pictures get "caught"? Has Etsy suddenly blocked TweetEye?

Hi Adele,
I am still having problems connecting to my downloaded Tweet Eye. I have downloaded the Java they recommended. When I enter my url, I remove the s after http and all the words after and including the ? I was able to get the image to show up but now I can't even get that. I even deleted the Tweet Eye that I had and installed another. I have tried the admin mode.
Not sure what else to do.
Thanks for any suggestions when you can get to it. No hurry.

Actually I am having the same problem today. I contacted Chris and he thinks that Etsy may have done something to block his software from getting the images, he is looking into it now.

I found this software similar and it sends out to Pin it and they others Chirs mentioned. worked great the first 2 weeks. Make changes in inventory and get the same thing you are. It will not pick up my inventory. They are still working on the beta so I thought is was them. Now I am thinking it is Etsy. For we have 2 different software but doing the same thing pretty much and we are getting the same result from Etsy. This really saved me time so I could work on other things. If any one wants to try it. You get a trial month to see if it works for them or are getting the same thing would be great. It is erockership and only cost 19.99, but I do not think it does tweets. Ohhh it is working for me! I got an email back from a man named Chris (I think you might have mentioned him earlier Adele, but I never realized he was with tweeteye). He gave me a link to download and mentioned the programmers had found a resolution.

After much work I have finally got Tweet Adder up and running!! :-)
Right now I've only listed got two items listed. One is a duplicate of the ones that Adele has been running for us.

As far as I know, Tweet Eye still isn't available for the Mac, but I'll keep checking back on it.

Normally, I won't be able to keep this running 24/7 because we're not set up for it But it's good to know that I've been able to get it working!! Yeah!! Good day!

So I'm getting back into social media and I thought I'd give TweetEye a try. Thanks so much for giving such clear directions and links to the video. I set up a separate twitter accounts like Adele suggested for the hashtags. So far, it seems to be working well. I hope this will help boost views and sales.

Thanks to all who shared their experiences! It made it easier to get started with TweetEye. One question - does anyone know how to stop the symbols that appear before each scheduled tweet? I'm not adding any, but they keep appearing.

They symbols are added by the software to draw people to your post. You may not like them, but give them a try. I can talk to Chris about removal if they really annoy you!

So I uninstalled it, downloaded the latest program, installed.

Right click on the download and select Run As Administrator. Did it install properly?
