I entered our first fleeces for competition into the Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show. Our bay black boy got a 4th place ribbon in the juvenile class. Yea! Just had to share...

We technically have 9 months of "pants weather" here, too. Although I still see so many people who wear shorts and flip flops all the way through our 85 inches of rain and 40-degree winter temps.
Welcome! I've been awol from the team lately - crazy busy organizing our fiber festival coming up in less than 2 weeks! It's in Elma, by the way, at the County Fairgrounds. Maybe you need to come out and visit your dad (and our festival) on Oct 7,8, or 9???
LOVE your fingerless mitts in your pic :-) Are they reversible, or did you make them so that the colors are inverted relative to each other when you wear them?

The chat thread seems to have fits and starts. We really are a friendly bunch on the alpacateam - promise! Sometimes it just takes us 2 weeks to get around to saying "Hi"!
