I am unable to reply to 1-star review left by a buyer. Intially she left 3-star review but later changed to 1-star without communicating any thoughts or pics with me.
Now, I can't see any option to reply to any reviews.

I don't know what's going on
I believe there is a time limit. That review is probably past the window for responding as it is almost a year old.
There is a 100 Window for leaving, changing and replying to a Review. The Review window uses the Order estimated delivery date as the start of the 100 day count.

well in relation to that 1 star review... for all listings going forward - you really should be including photographs of all those details at the time of listing. Front & back and closures. That listing doesn't even discuss the type of closure in the description. You might have dodged this bullet with better listing details.
10 image slots!!! Use them all, especially for complex items like yours. And they should be shown on a body so a buyer can instantly see scale, where the items fall on a body.

Thank you for clearing the doubt.

Thank You! Will photograph Front & back and closures as mentioned by you. That's a great idea.
