We are a close-knit team of female Etsy shop owners from around the world, with a strong presence in North America. Our members specialize in vintage and antique treasures, as well as handcrafted goods and thoughtful gifts.
In today’s fast-paced world, finding balance between work, life, and creativity is more important than ever. Running an Etsy shop can be an exciting and fulfilling journey—but it can also be overwhelming when combined with everyday demands like family, jobs, and personal responsibilities. That’s where we come in.
Our team is a supportive space where members can connect, collaborate, and grow. We discuss everything from Etsy business strategy to listing critiques and shop improvement ideas. We also talk about personal interests and goals — sharing tips and stories about how we each navigate the challenge of work-life balance.
Who Can Join
We welcome female Etsy shop owners with active shops who are committed, creative, and looking to be part of a positive, engaging team.
Requirements for Membership:
Must have an active Etsy shop that complies with Etsy’s Terms of Use (including accurate vintage dating, no reselling, proper disclosure of production partners, etc.)
Have been an active Etsy shop owner for at least one year.
A complete and informative ABOUT section
Shop location must be shown
Fully completed Policies section
Participate in team discussions at least once per month (we understand life gets busy, but engagement is key)
Members may share their shop items, ask for feedback, and request support or advice
Please Note:
We are not accepting at this time, shops that exclusively sell POD (Print-on-Demand) products, AI-generated items, or gem/bead supply-only shops.
Applications that do not meet the above requirements will be declined.
We do not allow discussions related to politics or religion.
