Has anyone heard of/tried it when getting started with their etsy shop? I was approached by another, newer owner and it seemed like a great idea to me.

The jist was pretty much...
The idea is to promote each other's shop and gear while expanding your personal collection at minimal cost.
I guess its called a trade with benefits: We do a trade, however we do so by purchasing from each other on etsy, something prosumably of equal cost or significant discount. This way both our shops get to mark up a sale, and even more we can both leave a positive feedback note on each others accounts.
Sort of a win/win.

Anyone have any success with this? or any feedback?
