Hi teamies!!
When I began building my shop last Spring, the Etsy social field was a huge baffling pile of information. Overwhelming at first, it took a lot of time to weed through and understand what was happening in the phenomenon of Etsy networking.
Some BASIC GUIDING principles are
1. PAY IT FORWARD. Cross promotion
2. Keep a POSITIVE ATTITUDE
3. CROSS PROMOTE your treasuries: Use Tags, send convos, tweet, pin, etc...
4. create well thought out PHOTOGRAPHY to represent your amazing items
5. FOLLOW THROUGH on team commitments and regular posts
I will go into more detail about each of these five ideas later in the thread.
This is a thread created to share some insights learned along the way. Feel free to kindly give some of your own advice and share what has worked for you as well.
