I am currently doing cat nniptoys , sold 3 over christmas but no reviews . I emailed the customer to see if they recieved it and no response, is this normal?
Yes, that's normal :) I have had 409 sales and only 148 feedback. Most of the time people just forget about giving feedback (I forget about leaving feedback myself sometimes ;)).
