well the title about says it all but with that i'm not really sure how teams work. i like what i read in the intro but am not sure how to participate or what to do really, so i figured i'd start a new thread and ask for advice. so anyone want to help guide me through here. thanks bunch guys and i look forward to talking with everyone!
