Hi Carole - Don't be discouraged you have a lovely shop :-D The first thing that I want to address is the price of your items - in my personal opinion I think they are way to low. Sometimes people equate cheaper prices with cheaper quality and your things are definitely not cheap quality - they are high quality. You are probably just breaking even on your supplies and not making any money for your time. As the parents of five children your time needs to really count :-D Just to give you an example - my husband makes a real rough wooden spool holder for my spools of net I sell in my shop and I charge 15.00 for those. They are quick, mass produced items. The wooden items you have in your shop are OOAK and very intricate and detailed. I hope you will consider at least doubling the price of those items if not more.
Your photos are not at all bad - a couple of pointers might be to remove the flash from taking the photos especially of the wooden items because there is a flash right in the middle of most of the wooden listings. The key to getting good photos is to have natural light even outside on a sunny day but then under a shade tree, porch or patio so you don't get the glare and shadow the sun will cast. If you have a good window inside you can do that too - but natural light will be the best. It just takes practice and I'm sure you've already learned a lot from when you first started. Just think like a professional and what kind of pictures you like to see in a magazine and then adjust accordingly. On your cute little diapers sets you might have a doll around the house that you could let model - I know you say in some of your descriptions the items don't touch hair for cross contamination but a nice baby doll might be a good way to have a model and a different way to photo. Using all 5 photo slots will help in each item.
You will want to do some tweaking on SEO (search engine optimization). The titles should be clear concise and identify your item. The first few words are the most important. Think like a buyer and what they will type in the search bar when they are looking for your items. I love the item below but I would never type in "out of my mind" to find a wooden wall hanging plaque - do you see what I mean?
https://www.etsy.com/listing/223239027/out-of-my-mind-back-in-5-minutes-wall?ref=shop_home_active_17People will be looking for
humorous wall hangings
home décor wooden plaque
Wall hanging
Home décor wall hanging
Office wall plaque
The same principle applies to your crochet items as well. You will want the item identified in the first few words especially now with people logging in with their phones and other mobile devices they need to have that item identified in the first few words like -
crochet beanie
baby dress crochet
diaper cover set - Easter bunny baby ensemble
You get the idea - then once you have those great titles - make sure you get the titles in the tags exactly word for word staying within your 20 character limit. Even though it doesn't always make sense as a tag the search engines will pop your item up when scanning through these sections if they match.
I hope some of these tips help you move further in your journey - your 65 sales is not bad at least you know you are not invisible.
I wish you much continued success!
Blessings,
Sandy
