I am in another team where they have just started a treasury game which seems like a good promotion aid to me. 17 people have to sign up to make a treasury. When all 17 spaces have been filled each person on the list has to make a treasury featuring the other 16 and promote it. This means that you only make one but get featured in 16 others.
I have been in treasuries before and they always bring in viewings.
