Those collections of items you see on the front page are treasuries. You can make your own by clicking on "treasuries" on the front page or here http://www.etsy.com/treasury/?ref=fp_nav_treasury. There you can check out other people's treasuries and click on the "create a list" button to make your own. Its common that when you make a treasury that you message the sellers whose items you included. That way they can check it out and thank you for including them. Its really fun and I've found it a great way to make new friends. Take care friends, Luna
When you make a treasury GBMB, there is an option of making it public or private. Although if your compilation of items is complete then you will probably want to click "everybody" (public) so that others can see your fantastic selection. :-)
That is awesome Robbie ... there r so many great shops here on Etsy that can get overlooked. Think it has more to do w marketing strategy or newbie status than the items themselves. It's great that u recognized those shops ... I just listed the other day and am feeling like a little fish in a very big sea. Trying to learn the ropes and make some progress but know it will just take some time. We newbies have to look out for each other ... nice going Robbie !!!
Thanks tons for doing this Robbie! I was just thinking yesterday that I wish there was an easy way to search for shops that haven't had any sales yet. I plan to make my first treasury tomorrow. I'll be reviewing stuff from NEWBIES on Etsy.
