I recently started a team on Etsy.
The way the team works is that everyday there is a new list made with all of the members, and everyday everyone goes to the list and critiques the two shops above them on the list. It is a fabulous way to explore the Etsy community, help others, and to most importantly improve your shop to the buyers perspective.
I would highly suggest this team to any of you newbies out there that have the time to critique two shops a day. It only takes about 20 min to critique two shops (so for just 20 min a day you can receive 2 critiques a day)
