Well, I've happily made my first sale, my customer bought one of my Felt Buntings, and ordered another custom made one!
The trouble is, I had my shop set up to charge £5.00 for each item, dispatched to the US and nothing for subsequent items, but when she placed the order, she was charged £5.00 on each order. Well, bless her heart...she said nothing and just paid it.
I feel this is a bit unfair, and actually when I went to the post office, it wasn't even £5.00 to send both!
SO, if you can help with any of the following, please enlighten me!
- How can I refund some of this back to her?
- Will it show in my shop that I've made a refund? (I wouldn't want it to look as if someone was unhappy with their purchase!)
- How can I ensure that orders for more than one item are only charged once?
