We have been on etsy for almost a month now and have 167 views. Is that good? We haven't sold anything yet and when I personally search I am unable to find my pieces. How can we improve?

We've been on etsy for over a year and our sales are slowly improving but I think they could be lots better. A lot of our items aren't being seen until you wade through half a dozen pages of similar items. I've worked on titles and tags but I feel like it's a shot in the dark and I'm not really sure what I'm doing!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
