July/August Selection

I just joined this group, and I think it's a really cool idea. Do we have a selection for July/August yet? I'd love to start reading.

Hi Lisa,

I just posted the selection today. It is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. We have through September to read and craft for this one. I'm about 100 pages into it already and loving it so far. Hope you enjoy the book as well. I've posted more info on the website at http://www.craftybookclub.com

By the way, do you know if putting a quote from Harry Potter on a greeting card would be copyright infringement?

I am not completely clear if that would be copyright infringement or not. I think it probably varies depending on how long ago the book was published and how many words you are quoting. I really don't know for sure though. Sorry I'm not much help.

Thanks anyway. :) I'll do some research, and I'll try to come up with something that isn't a direct quote. Thanks for an excuse to read Harry Potter again.
