They are certainly the same idea as yours although they are also different designs. Does the maker follow you on IG? I know I'd be annoyed but at the same time, it's an idea and not an exact copy. The other thing is I looked at their Etsy shop and they haven't sold any so I don't see it as hurting you.

They just started making them....that persons copied my stuff before.
She follows me on IG, and Im in a certain "team" with them
Im not worried about them taking away my sales. It's just annoying. And Sad.

Jen she has been selling since 2006 and has 90+ pages of sales. There are pendants and charms like the Instagram ones posted in 2007-2008 on page 89 and 90 of her sales records.

Its been an idea that's been around for a while.

I just had a package sent to Australia on Oct. 10 get there today. That seems like a very long trip. It went through Chile. how odd.

tht's what I was saying. They are in her shop but no sales of anything similar. That's why I said it's not really going to hurt your sales.

Jen, she has far fewer followers than you. I went to her about page and she has a lot of stamping tools. I imagine she saw your charms and saw an area to make money. She doesn't seem to have a style of her own. Three things is a natural number of charms to use together so that's a hard one to get away from. Those feather rings do remind me of you. I do not think she is any threat to your income as anyone would see yours is better. Just another mom trying to feed the family. Annoying and you have a right to feel annoyed.

Just clicked through all 91 pages of sold items. Theres absolutely nothing like her "story necklaces" she just started making them a few weeks ago.

Very very sad about the car wreck Erin. That particular drug user should never see the light of day again.

My feeling about drug addicts in general - if they are not otherwise criminals - is that they do not belong in jail. They belong in a place where they can recover and get back to a life without drugs.

but I wont wax poetic about it. I have a very close friend who is a therapist / social worker and specializes in such things. We've talked at length about the subject.

anyone every heard pentatonix? are they any good? Im not a huge fan of accapella.

Her charms look flimsier and the edges don't seem to be as well finished. I am curious whether she is copying your tags & titles as well?
