Sourcing hard to find stones

Hi all! I've been gone for a year because I moved, built a house, tried to get my shop put back together, etc, etc, etc :(

So I have a shop again and am working again and am in need of a good source for faceted stones - hard to find ones. Like imperial topaz (also called precious topaz). I've looked through all the stone shops on etsy with no luck. Found a guy on ebay that basically told me to bug off (awesome business man!!) and still need to locate a 4mm round faceted imperial topaz.

Any good sources?

Thanks!

Christen

Christen, this might get overlooked here, but if you pop your question into the chat thread should get some responses. Welcome back to the biz.

Re: Sourcing hard to find stones

try www.litnon.com
are you looking for unheated? the price for that is rather ------- high. There are a lot of independent cutters that have it. Lisa Elser, John Dryer, etc. there are also commercial cutters, Aster gems, Nomad ltd, etc
You can also try Mona at Vista Gems.
Good Luck!
