Good morning. So proud of Little J for digging in and redoing the project. You've raised him well. We're having a mini heat wave. It's going to be 78 today and 85 tomorrow. I love it. Got a little done yesterday, both ears finished. I'm so slow these days. It's frustrating, but I just have to work through it.
Wow Kit, that is warm! We have alternating sun and snow. Spring seems really far away.
Hedda's sickness has really messed with my bench time this week. Yesterday when she napped I could quickly polish a set of stackers that went into the mail today, and that's it. I have lots to do, and at least two bad conscience projects weighing me down but I just can't get them done.
I keep telling Laura to buy those spiked cleats but she doesn't listen to me. ;) I prefer the cleats myself. Icebugs are great but it's a whole shoe. Cleats are way cheaper and fits on any shoes, and you just take them off if you walk indoors or the ice stops and you find yourself walking on asphalt.
Skipped running last night and went to the barn. (new pony is too tempting to play with, lol). Millie is extremely jealous! We're going to have to move Hope to a stall across the aisle. Every time Hope would even look at Millie...Millie would scream at her and charge at her with teeth bared. Hope just moves over to the far side of her stall. Hope is trying to make friends. Nickered at Millie when she came back into the barn after our work. I'm hoping maybe things will settle down once Millie gets used to the idea.
Bench time tonight. I need to stay in. The Bradford Pears are blooming here, and my allergies are hitting an all-time level of unpleasant. Plus, I need to get some projects finished up. Especially orders. I'm close to having 2 more finished. I have several new pieces I need to list in the shop as well.
Is there some sort of voodoo for getting a hold of the metalstampaddict people? I'm not on FB, so that's not an option. I need a border stamp for a custom order.
I've got Yaktracs but the snow wasn't slippery so I just through on my boots. I fell on a spot that had just been scrapped by our plow. It was sheer stupidity.
I have a pair of cleats sitting in my Amazon basket, Esme. I suppose I should hit the buy button.

Studio time after that! Yippee! I have an idea of a pair of earrings and a ring I want to make to go with my dress...and work on orders in the process. I also need to work on taxes! Can someone please give me my hour back that we lost last weekend...just add it to my evening please.
