Hello fellow metalsmiths,
I'm posting here, since I'm not getting help from Etsy. Did any of your accounts get hacked in the past, and how did it get resolved? Etsy helped me recover my shop, but now the shop name has changed and there's several product that has sold from the hacker (their own t-shirts and posters), so I'll have some angry customers soon. I'm not sure what to do. Etsy's response has been snail pace, and they won't just call me up on the phone. Is there a 1-800# you know of? I can't seem to find it anywhere? I remember calling them in the past when I had issues.
