I also get a lot of searches for red, I think the trend color this year is tangerine tango or something I read. I usually try to make a variety of colors.
I've done so much in purple and green that I have to stop myself from doing too much of that. Green sells very well for me, but I, too, have diversified because I can't only use those two colors. I recently bought coral beads in one of the new "hot" colors--redish/orange. Stay tuned to see that bracelet when it's finished. :)
For me and the beads that I sell, people tend to like a mix of bright colors. Might just be what they come to expect from me, but they're always my best sellers.
hmm, I always focused a bit too much on amber colours....it seems that what I like I naturally gravitate towards I suppose. I find I always have to make a conscious effort to make pinks and reds! Definitely will take your colour suggestions into consideration!
Brown, specially the caffe color is popular here in Spain this winter A combination I love: purple (soft purple) with yellow. I think if you select the perfect tone of these two colors, the combination will be so elegant!! And perfect for the spring!!
