What Can We Do To Improve the ART Team?

HEY ART TEAM! I hope you had a successful 2014. But, now it's time to think about 2015 and how we can do even better. During my tenure as Captain, I've found it very rewarding personally and professionally to lead this great team. We're looking for Leaders who want to help their fellow teammates and themselves. Here are some areas our team has suggested we need help.

External Etsy Promotions Coordination:
-Blog (1 person to set up and oversee blog and promote various shops and events)
-Facebook (1 person to promote teammates on a new Facebook page)
-Twitter (1 person to promote teammates on a new Twitter page)
-Pinterest (1 person to promote teammates on a new Pinterest page)
-Google+ (1 person to promote teammates on a new Google+ page)
-Instagram (1 person to promote teammate on new Instagram account)
-Others? (If you have a suggestion for promotions outside of Etsy, please let me know and we'll get you set up)

Internal Etsy Promotions Coordination:
-Treasuries (1 person to create, promote, play games, and anything treasury oriented)
-Trendathons/Games (1 person to organize threads to promote faving and views (hopefully daily))
-holiday promotions (1 person to encourage teammates to create and promote for the next holiday)

Membership Coordination:
-NEW MEMBERS (1 person to help new members with advice setting up shops)
-VETERAN MEMBERS (1 person to help veteran members with best practices and tips)

then i have a question what is page on pinterest ??
I am on pinterest and I see some team board or group board
but page ?
I don't know how we can do a page on pinterest ?

if page or board on pinterest does'nt necessitate too much time every day I ' m ok to do

hello
can I open a new thread with listing for treasury ?
for exemple
we need 17 shops in listing and when list is complete
each shop must do one treasury with one item from the 16 other shops
then each shop is in 16 treasury and make only one !
