I’m reaching out because I’m now in my second month without my “Shipping on Time” badge—and by extension, my Star Seller badge—due to what seems like a system error.
Here’s the situation:
In May, I accidentally entered the wrong shipping carrier for some orders while processing them manually (my shop offers personalized designs, some listings are not connected to a production partner). As a result, Etsy flagged those orders as never delivered, and my Star Seller badge was removed on May 28.
In June, I corrected the issue—every order was shipped on time with accurate tracking—yet my badges weren’t reinstated for June or July.
Despite having 100% 5-star reviews for May, June, and July, and meeting all other Star Seller metrics, the system hasn’t updated.
Additional issues I’ve noticed:
The automatic post-purchase discount (which Etsy is supposed to send to buyers) has never been triggered—my dashboard shows 0 discount messages sent.
Etsy’s system doesn’t seem to detect when I mark orders as “completed,” even with correct tracking and carrier info.
My live chat option has disappeared, and Etsy Support no longer replies to my emails.
I’ve worked tirelessly to maintain excellent service, and it’s devastating to feel penalized for what appears to be a technical glitch. Has anyone successfully resolved a similar issue?

Is there a direct contact method (phone/email) for Etsy support that actually works?
Any advice on how to get in contact with Etsy?
