I was using a browser in "Incognito mode" to test my listings' SEO by trying to find them in the Etsy search. I wanted to see what page it was ranking on so could improve my SEO. To my surprise, I could not find my listing at all!
For example, I have this listing for an SVG cut file and it's been live for over a month. I do a search for "I can't keep calm I'm a football mom" I look through all the listings that come up. The listings end on page 8 and I still didn't find my listing. So I check again to make sure that I didn't miss it, but I do not find it anywhere.
Some of my football listings I can find on other pages when I search for them and others are nowhere to be found. I haven't tested some of my other listings yet. I'm not worried about the listings people have made purchases from and/or liked, because SEO is working for those.
Has anyone experienced this before or have any pointers?
