As you may have noticed, the new Etsy Team/Forum have experience LOTS of issues since it's rollout in February 2019. This has caused a lot of issues for promoting, sales, communication, etc. Please let Etsy know you want these issues fixed by posting at:

@IronGiftStore Hi, this is a search thread, so instead of a direct link to your listing, where you get just a view, try posting a search result where it shows your item, you gain more like that.
easiest is to just search for the title from your listing, and it should look like this:
