I am also fairly new to Etsy but what I have done so far is create a board on Pinterest with the name of my Etsy shop. Next, I created an Instagram page specifically for my Etsy page. Then, whenever I post on my Instagram, I can click "Share" and choose Pinterest. This shares my post right away to my specific Etsy board. I do this to try to increase traffic from Pinterest to my Etsy shop. I hope this helps I love connecting with new artists, so feel free to message me or dm me on Instagram.
