@AGiftToTreasure We do allow people with two accounts to participate. They must follow all the same rules as if they were 2 individual accounts.
As for posting the same item, it's allowed, but not really helpful for them for most activities. For Pinterest, it probably does help. Bur, for Etsy favs, Facebook likes, Instagram likes, etc: it's only twice as much work for the same results.
