I am confused with people saying "HERE" without any links. I pinned three of the people in the post as there wasn't anyone right before or after me.

"HERE" is used as a marker to show your progress of pinning everyone on the entire thread for the day.

(It should be posted with your pin since it is a rule to pin all in the thread before posting your own shop pin.)

When you return to pin the rest of the shops you leave the single word "HERE" to let others know how you have progressed.

I hope that answers your question. You leave the single word "DONE" when you've pinned everyone in the thread.
