From what I understand, Etsy itself limits the ability of team captains to ban people from groups who are cheaters. Whether this is because the physically don't give them the ability to do this or its just not allowed in team rules set out by Etsy I couldn't tell you. But I don't think that it is entirely fair to put the blame on a team captain. They spend alot of hours working to make the group a success.
Yurko, VERONIQUE, Samantha, thank you for taking part in this issue. Samantha, I am not familiar with the rules of the teams and the captains' rights, but I think the thread leaders can delete the cheaters posts. I hope Mike will take a position on this issue and will do whatever it takes.
