Hi
According to my information, the Ukrainian postal service Ukrposhta opens the delivery abroad again. I don't know for sure, but most likely it will be shipping by terrestrial transport on secure routes to Poland and further.
Of course, this option is not for all cities.
I personally would not buy expensive or luxury items from Ukrainian artists. They have money and can 'survive' easily. But there are a lot of tiny shops in Ukraine.
Some of the artists cannot maintain the functioning of their shop or do have not access to Ukrposhta. It is a real problem. Because if you'll buy something you can lose your money and don't get a parcel.
I personally closed my shop on the first day of the invasion. We have electricity and water but do have not food. From time to time Russian helicopters are shelling the town. Just imagine it in 21 century. Of course, I do not sell anything. Yeah...
Razom is the one I have donated Mike and have the button on my facebook.
We created a website to support Ukrainian handmade artists on Etsy. I am translating it into English. We are at war and cannot ship. Please select downloadable file items only. Thank you for your cooperation.
I am in Western Ukraine. WE are here in relative safety. We have disturbing serenades and we are hiding in basements, but this is heaven, compared to the hell in which our people are in the east, south, in Kiev. We have many refugees and we help them. We (my family and I) prepared the shelter for the refugees, weaved nets, prepared food, bought medicine and supported it financially.
Yes, the post office has resumed its work, but this is one of the safe areas of western Ukraine. I have two etsy shops and so far I have deactivated all physical goods in the picture shop. But you can help by buying instant downloads.https://www.etsy.com/shop/ZoraArt?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing_id=1175173346
Thank you to everyone who supports me, my country, our army, our doctors! The support of the world is invaluable!
I've created a "megathread" on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=10225615616072906&set=gm.321574659990510 I will be updating and adding information as things evolve. Please let me know if you have anything you'd like to add. And I encourage you to share, like, and comment. THANKS!

Friends! I live in the east of Ukraine, in the border area. We are blocked by the aggressor. His troops regularly pass through my city in different directions. We are afraid to go outside. With the threat of an airstrike, we go down to the basement. There are critically few products in stores. But for now they are still there. You can buy something from farmers who miraculously make their way into the city in order to support residents with food.
Our mail is not working. I deactivated physical goods. I would be grateful for the purchase of digital goods. Уou support me and my family during this terrible time!
Привет сумчанам. Я в Херсонской области в оккупации. Отрезали полностью гады. Держимся.
@MamaKlaraDolls Please try to stay safe. We worry and care about you. And I will add you to our updated list and share.
Hi, Although I have sold the digital items on Etsy I have closed my shop because it's unbearable to answer questions not related to our current situation. I will remain in Kyiv to see what these bastards are capable of. I could have left Ukraine many times, I do not need the refugee-status, my kid (not a Ukrainian citizen) is leaving abroad and could have "saved" me any time, but I am not leaving. A few reasons why:
1. I was born to Russian parents in Kyiv and have never spoken to them since 2013 because of their total brain-wash. If my parents find out that I was killed because "all Ukrainians were eagerly waiting with flowers for the Russian soldiers to free them", then it will be THEIR price for listening to the most ugly Russian propaganda for all these years. Killing their own children is the WORST price for parents.
2. I can't imagine myself standing in a long queue of cars wanting to leave, can't see myself using elbows etc to get into a few overloaded trains that are going from Kyiv towards west. Too many people and too few places. Many are with kids. Don't want to feel like a scared rat who wants to save her life.
3. I met a woman from Belgrade in 2001 and she told me how she and her small kid could not sleep during bombardments, so she got a refugee-status in Cyprus, where I met her. Of course I was polite and nice to her, but her story did not get "under my skin" in a way that I would really FEEL what she and her kid have experienced. Now, when I listen to air sirens and do not know whether my house would be hit, I have started feeling what she tried to describe. And she was not persistent, because if her stories would be constantly thrown onto innocent tourists, she would lose her job as a waitress. Now I'm sure if every person in the world would spend at lease one week in such conditions they would really FEEL the empathy to other people and hopefully the wars will stop. Just like with Germans, who had to be shown, what it was like to be their prisoner in WW2.
4. I'm quite sure, if I would escape to Europe to my relatives (as I could during these 10 days), USA or any other peaceful place I would take my morning coffee, croissant, look at all ugly war photos from Ukraine, say how terrible they are and continue living my own life and dealing with every-day problems. It's just the normal reaction of people who have never experienced this hell. That is why, 1 billion of people living in NATO-countries are afraid of dealing with 140 mln Russians and don't want even to close the sky over Ukraine. Getting refugees, keeping them for a few years while their country would be destroyed is easier than standing out the oppression. But Poland, Lithuanian and other countries who were under Russian influence are aware that they WILL BE NEXT. There might be no more coffees and morning croissants for many of them.
Thanks for reading it.
@CONCEPTcreativeSTORE I am sorry for the situation you are ukrainian people are in. Coming from Croatia, I know. And I turn my head away from TV while there are footages of bombing, it takes me back 30 years. It still hurts.
I hope this will stop soon and you all get back to the regular lives. I really do hope.
Stay safe.
Hello. When I see stores in Ukraine, some of them have digital files with illustrations of children, photos taken so far, photos marked as medicine and food support, etc., as products for their stores. The support may not be as much as the big support groups, but it goes directly to you. Please take a look if you like. We wish you a safe stay.
Thank you, @MiMaries Mirjana! Now I also understand what you felt then (sad emoji), but it does need some personal experience.
Just got contacted by the Swiss embassy regarding evacuation by one of not confirmed trains from Kyiv (I am a Swiss-Ukrainian citizen), but refused because as a 46.5 y.o.-woman I can't take place of women with small Ukrainian kids.
Just to support my point 4: www.reuters.com/world/europe/putin-will-not-stop-ukraine-lithuanian-president-warns-blinken-2022-03-...
Lithuania called for an embargo on Russian energy sales on Monday, telling U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken:
"Energy sources which we import pay for the Russian military operation. We cannot pay for oil and gas with the blood of Ukraine"
Russian gas cannot be easily replaced, however. Norway, Europe's second largest supplier, is already operating at maximum capacity, and Europe's existing LNG terminals have limited available capacity to absorb extra supply.
"Frankly deterrence is no longer enough and we need forward defence here in place because otherwise it will be too late Mr Secretary. Putin will not stop in Ukraine if he will not be stopped".
"It's important that people understand what's actually at stake and it goes beyond even Ukraine, beyond even the Baltic countries, beyond even Europe," Blinken said.
I am a fellow resident of Ukraine. She could speak Japanese, so I asked her to turn her digital files into a product. Please support us if you like. https://www.etsy.com/jp/shop/SACHIALEdesign
Friends! I live in Odessa. Today there are no active hostilities here, but missiles fly overhead several times a day. Russian warships in the Black Sea are launching ballistic missiles at Kyiv and other cities. Arrives in the Odessa region. Thank God, the air defense system is still working in Odessa, although they are trying to disable it. Several times a day, my children and I run for shelter due to air raid alerts. My four-year-old youngest son already knows what to do when the siren sounds. And it's terrible...
Many residents have gone abroad. But me and my family stay in Odessa. We have nowhere to run, here is our family, our land, our homeland.
I have five pets: Labrador Lucas, who has diabetes; almost blind Willy (who is already 17 years old), and three cats. We have a big family and we are all together!
Unfortunately, my husband and I are unemployed today.
So I decided to monetize my hobby - illustration - on Etsy.
I would like to thank everyone for their support and advice. You people are incredible! In such a difficult time, support and help is very important for all of us.
I invite everyone to my store:

I would be grateful for the purchase of digital goods.
Peaceful sky above our heads to all of us!
Dear friends! My family and I live in the Dnieper, there are fights on the distant approaches to our city. Several times a day, the air raid alert works and people go to the bomb shelter.
My family cannot leave the city. The wife is a doctor and her work is needed here. I became unemployed, but I am ready to defend the city. We decided that we are staying - here is our land, our homeland.
We will be very grateful to you for purchasing a digital product. Support our family during this difficult and terrible time for us. Your support and prayer is very important to us!
I invite everyone to my store: https://www.etsy.com/shop/ArtASKOLD?ref=seller-platform-mcnav
I just wrote about this Ukrainian crochet designer https://www.etsy.com/shop/krinichka on my Instagram with this text:
I would like to introduce you to the stunning work
As I already mentioned, personally I do not need anything (as a Swiss-Ukrainian citizen), therefore my Etsy shop remains "on holiday", because I am forced to answer Etsy messages within a few hours and that might be impossible from Kyiv soon
On a NEGATIVE note
Yesterday I saw someone on Etsy put Ukrainian flags on photos of crochet garments created by
AMERICAN designers FreePeople.com, Bostonproper.com, Melissa Odabash, Patterson J. Kincaid,
ITALIAN designers Dolce&Gabbana
AUSTRALIAN designers Billabong.com, https://aus.Spell.co
and many others and claimed them as THEIR own.
Shame on people who use the current difficult situation in Ukraine for their manipulations with famous designs.

Hello friends!
Such strong support from around the world gives us hope.
Today is my daughter's birthday! And your support is the best gift for us!
